Principal

Peter H. Chapman is a Founding Member and Principal of CDK Group LLC and manages the firm’s affiliate, CDK Financial Services LLC.  Prior to CDK,  he founded PH Chapman Advisors LLC, a specialist in alternative investments in 1999.  Previously, he was an Executive Director of CIBC Oppenheimer Corp, where he specialized in alternative assets since 1993.  Prior to that, he was a Senior Vice President and member of the Management Committee of Bessemer Trust Company, a Vice President in Mortgage Finance at CS First Boston, and an Associate Director in Corporate Finance at Bear, Stearns & Company.  Mr. Chapman worked for eight years at Salomon Brothers as a Vice President in the Government Finance Group and Bond Market Research.  Mr. Chapman graduated from Columbia University in 1977 with a BA in Economics.

Team

Stuart C. Patterson oversees the marketing, client relations and business development team dedicated to CDK Financial Services LLC. Over the past 17 years he has held a series of leadership positions within the financial services sector. Most recently he served as the Senior Managing Director and Head of the Asia Pacific region for The NASDAQ Stock Market. He was responsible for the team of Directors who provide regional support to the 90+ NASDAQ-listed companies and also the development of the new listings business through offices in China, Japan and India. He also served as the regional spokesperson ensuring the key messages and client value were clearly communicated to both current and prospective clients as well as a broader audience through multiple media channels.  Previously, Stuart served as Vice President and Global Head of Business Development for Fleet Specialist Inc., a New York Stock Exchange floor based market maker responsible for the efficient daily trading in over 400 NYSE-listed companies. During his nine years with Fleet he also held a number of leadership positions dedicated to client relations, business development, compliance and trading. Stuart also spent six years with Guy Carpenter as an Assistant Vice President managing a team of reinsurance analysts responsible for the timely reconciliation, distribution and collection of premium and claim activity for several of the worlds most recognizable insurance companies. He received a BA with Honors in Politics & Government from the City of London Polytechnic.
